Return and refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help — with the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, your refund (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
